Nobuhide Minorikawa is a Japanese politician serving as a member of the House of Representatives, currently in his eighth term. Born in Akita Prefecture, he graduated from Keio University and Columbia University before working at the Akita Bank and serving as a secretary to his father, a former lawmaker. First elected in 2003, he has held several high-level government and party positions, including State Minister of Finance, State Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, and Chairman of the House of Representatives Committee on Financial Affairs. Within the Liberal Democratic Party, he has been a key figure in parliamentary affairs, serving as the acting chairman of the Diet Affairs Committee. His policy focus includes regional revitalization, agricultural development, and economic stability, while maintaining a conservative stance on national security and constitutional reform.
