Nobutomo Kishi is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Kuki City in Saitama Prefecture. Born in Akita City, he graduated from Akita High School and later attended the Tokyo University of Science. Before entering politics, he worked in the finance and accounting department of a chemical manufacturer and gained experience in sales in Sapporo, followed by a tenure as a public secretary to House of Representatives member Hidehiko Mitani. Kishi began his political career as a member of the Kuki City Council, where he served three consecutive terms starting in 2014. In April 2026, he was elected Mayor of Kuki City after defeating the incumbent candidate.
