Noemí Luna Ayala is a Mexican politician currently serving as a member of the Chamber of Deputies. A member of the National Action Party (PAN) since 2008, she has held significant leadership roles, including serving as President of the Chamber of Deputies in 2023 and as the Coordinator of the PAN parliamentary group. Previously, she served as a deputy in the Congress of Zacatecas and as the state president of the PAN in Zacatecas. She holds a master's degree in Government and Public Policy and has worked as a lecturer in Constitutional Law and Political Marketing.
