Nolan Quinn is a Canadian politician serving as a member of the Legislative Assembly of Ontario for the riding of Stormont—Dundas—South Glengarry. A former local businessman who owned a Dairy Queen franchise, Quinn was first elected to the provincial legislature in 2022. He was appointed to the Ford ministry in June 2024, initially serving as Associate Minister of Forestry. In August 2024, he was promoted to the position of Minister of Colleges, Universities, Research Excellence and Security, becoming the sole cabinet representative for Eastern Ontario.
