Nonceba Mhlauli is a South African politician and communications strategist currently serving as Deputy Minister in the Presidency since June 2024. A member of the African National Congress (ANC), she was elected to the National Assembly in the May 2024 general election. Previously, she gained prominence as the national convenor of the ANC Youth League's interim leadership and served as a spokesperson for the ANC parliamentary caucus and Minister Jackson Mthembu. Mhlauli is a graduate of Rhodes University and has been a long-standing advocate for youth representation in government.
