Noorazam Osman is a Malaysian civil servant who served as the 13th Mayor of Johor Bahru from 2021 to 2025. Prior to his appointment as mayor, he held the position of chief executive officer at Kumpulan Prasarana Rakyat Johor (KPRJ). He began his career in the Johor Civil Service in 1991, initially working within the Johor Bahru District Land Office. Throughout his tenure as mayor, he focused on the administrative and urban development of the city, which is a major economic hub in Malaysia.
