Noris Herrera Rodríguez

Noris Herrera Rodríguez is a Venezuelan politician and member of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV). She served as the Minister for Communes and Social Movements, having been appointed to the position by President Nicolás Maduro in September 2020. Throughout her career, she has been a prominent figure in the development of the Local Committees for Supply and Production (CLAP) and served as a member of the National Constituent Assembly representing the communal sector for the Capital District. Her political work focuses on the promotion of communal councils and participatory democracy within the framework of the Bolivarian Revolution.
