石川 憲幸

Noriyuki Ishikawa is a Japanese politician serving as a member of the Hyogo Prefectural Assembly, representing Tanba City. First elected in 1999, he has held numerous leadership positions within the assembly, including serving as the 118th Speaker of the Hyogo Prefectural Assembly. Before his political career, he managed a lumber business and served as the head of the Hikami Junior Chamber. He is affiliated with the Liberal Democratic Party and has been active in various local civic organizations, including the Tanba City Defense Association and the Tanba Traffic Safety Association.
