永松悟

Satoru Nagamatsu is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Kitsuki City in Oita Prefecture. Born in Kitsuki, he graduated from Doshisha University and spent many years working for the Oita Prefectural Government, where he held positions such as Director of the Child and Women's Consultation and Support Center and Director of the Welfare and Health Department. He was first elected mayor in 2013 and has since been re-elected multiple times. During his tenure, he has faced significant challenges regarding the city's fiscal health, leading him to implement emergency financial measures including staff reductions and salary cuts for municipal employees and officials.
