Nuška Gajšek

Nuška Gajšek is a Slovenian politician currently serving as the Mayor of Ptuj, a position she has held since 2018. As the first female mayor in the city's history, she has focused her administration on development-oriented policies and community engagement. Prior to her election as mayor, she was an active member of the Ptuj City Council, where she submitted numerous initiatives and proposals. She holds a degree in political science from the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Ljubljana and is also a member of the European Committee of the Regions.
