Odon Tsogtgerel is a Mongolian politician, economist, and the Chairman of the Democratic Party. Born in Uvs Province, he began his career as a business executive, serving as the director and president of the food manufacturing corporation TESO LLC. He entered politics as an adviser to prime ministers Norovyn Altankhuyag and Chimediin Saikhanbileg. First elected to the State Great Khural in 2020, he has since served as the leader of the Democratic Party caucus and was re-elected in 2024. In 2025, he was elected Chairman of the Democratic Party, a position formally registered by the Supreme Court in early 2026, where he focuses on party modernization and reform.
