Takemitsu Okutake is a Japanese politician serving as a member of the House of Representatives for the Nippon Ishin no Kai party. Born in Ibaraki, Osaka, he graduated from Senshu University and previously worked as a secretary for politicians Kiichi Miyazawa and Ichiro Aisawa. He later served as a private secretary and special secretary to former Osaka Mayor Toru Hashimoto. Okutake was first elected to the House of Representatives in 2021 and has since secured re-election, currently serving his third term. His political career has been marked by his involvement in Osaka regional politics and his advocacy for the policies of Nippon Ishin no Kai.
