Olav Gutting

Olav Gutting is a German politician and lawyer who has served as a member of the Bundestag since 2002, representing the Bruchsal – Schwetzingen constituency. A member of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU), he has been active on the Finance Committee and served in the parliamentary group's leadership. Gutting is known for his conservative stances, including his opposition to the 2017 coalition government with the SPD and his vote against same-sex marriage. He has also held roles in the oversight of the Nuclear Waste Disposal Fund and the KfW development bank.
