Oleksii Kucher is a Ukrainian politician and lawyer currently serving as the Head of the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine. Previously, he served as a Member of the Ukrainian Parliament (Verkhovna Rada) of the 9th convocation and as the Governor of the Kharkiv Oblast State Administration from 2019 to 2020. A former practicing attorney specializing in criminal law, he was elected to the Kharkiv City Council in 2020 before transitioning to his current regulatory leadership role in 2021.
