German Galushchenko

German Galushchenko is a Ukrainian lawyer and former government official who served as the Minister of Justice of Ukraine from July to November 2025. Previously, he held the position of Minister of Energy of Ukraine from 2021 to 2025 and was a member of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine. Before his ministerial career, he worked as an executive at the state-owned nuclear energy company Energoatom and taught private international law at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. In February 2026, he was arrested and charged with money laundering and participation in a criminal organization related to the alleged siphoning of funds from Energoatom.
