Кучеренко, Алексей Юрьевич

Oleksiy Kucherenko is a Ukrainian politician and public figure currently serving as a People's Deputy of Ukraine. A specialist in housing and communal services, he previously served as the Minister of Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine and as the Governor of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast. Throughout his career, he has been a vocal advocate for utility reform and consumer rights, heading the Union of Housing Owners of Ukraine. He holds a degree in applied mathematics and a doctorate in sociology, and has been a consistent critic of energy sector management and tariff policies.
