Oleksandr Kachura is a Ukrainian politician, lawyer, and People's Deputy of Ukraine of the IX convocation. Born in Konotop, he established a successful legal career, founding the firm Kachura Lawyers, and served as a legal representative for President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and the Servant of the People party before his election to parliament in 2019. In the Verkhovna Rada, he serves as Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Organization of State Power, Local Self-Government, Regional Development and Urban Planning. He is also active in inter-parliamentary cooperation and animal welfare initiatives, and holds a PhD in Law.
