Ondřej Baránek

Ondřej Baránek is a Czech politician and manager who served as the Mayor of Havířov from December 2024 to January 2026. Prior to his tenure as mayor, he held positions as a city councilor and deputy mayor starting in 2016. Before entering politics, he worked as a business manager and held various roles in corporate statutory bodies, including the waste recycling company CEVYKO. In 2025, he faced corruption allegations, leading to the suspension of his membership in the ANO movement and his eventual removal from the mayoral office in early 2026.
