大津力

Tsutomu Ohtsu is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the House of Councillors, representing the Saitama Prefecture constituency. Born in Hanno, Saitama, he previously served three terms as a member of the Hanno City Council starting in 2013. Before entering politics, he worked in the travel industry and later operated a private tutoring school. Ohtsu joined the Sanseito party in 2022 and unsuccessfully ran for the House of Representatives in 2024 before winning his seat in the House of Councillors in 2025. His political platform has focused on issues such as tax reduction and addressing foreign resident policy.
