黒川 治

Osamu Kurokawa is a Japanese politician serving as a member of the Hyogo Prefectural Assembly, representing the city of Amagasaki. First elected to the prefectural assembly in 2005, he is currently serving his sixth term. Before his tenure in the prefectural assembly, he served as a member of the Amagasaki City Council for two terms and worked as a public secretary to a member of the House of Councillors. Throughout his career, he has held numerous leadership roles, including serving as the 120th Chairman of the Hyogo Prefectural Assembly and as the Secretary-General of the Liberal Democratic Party's Hyogo Prefectural Federation. He is actively involved in various policy areas, including education, construction, and regional development, and holds leadership positions in several parliamentary leagues focused on cultural promotion and infrastructure development.
