水谷 修

Osamu Mizutani is a Japanese politician serving as a member of the Kyoto Prefectural Assembly, representing the Uji City and Kuse District constituency. Affiliated with the Japanese Communist Party, he has been elected to the assembly twice. In his legislative capacity, he serves on the Standing Committee on Policy, Environment, and Construction, as well as the Special Committee on New Technology and Social Development. He is dedicated to addressing local policy issues within Kyoto Prefecture.
