Oscar Mina

Oscar Mina is a Sanmarinese politician who has served multiple terms as a Member of the Grand and General Council and twice as Captain Regent of San Marino, first in 2009 and again from April to October 2022. Born in Serravalle in 1958, he graduated in electrical engineering and worked as a civil servant before entering politics with the Sammarinese Christian Democratic Party. Throughout his career, he has been active in parliamentary committees and has headed San Marino's delegation to the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly.
