Oswald Baboke is a Cameroonian high-ranking official and politician who has served as the Deputy Director of the Civil Cabinet at the Presidency of Cameroon since 2018. Born in Dimako, he holds a background in international relations and has been a long-term civil servant within the presidential cabinet since 2000. Beyond his administrative duties, which carry the rank of minister, he is a dedicated Christian pastor and author of several books regarding the political and economic achievements of President Paul Biya. He is recognized as a close associate of First Lady Chantal Biya and remains a prominent figure in the current Cameroonian administration.
