Parag Shah

Parag Shah is an Indian politician and real estate developer who serves as a Member of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly representing the Ghatkopar East constituency. A member of the Bharatiya Janata Party, he first entered electoral politics by winning a seat in the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation in 2017. He was subsequently elected to the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly in 2019 and re-elected in 2024. Shah is widely noted in Indian media for his significant personal wealth, having been identified as one of the wealthiest candidates in the elections he has contested.
