Paramananda Rajbongshi is an Indian politician and writer serving as a Member of the Assam Legislative Assembly for Sipajhar since 2021. Formerly a member of Asom Gana Parishad and president of the Assam Sahitya Sabha, he transitioned to the Bharatiya Janata Party and won his seat in the 2021 Assam Legislative Assembly election. He holds a Ph.D. from Gauhati University and previously worked as an associate professor at Pragjyotish College.
