Patricia Appiagyei

Patricia Appiagyei is a Ghanaian politician currently serving as the Member of Parliament for the Asokwa Constituency and as the Deputy Majority Leader in the Parliament of Ghana. Born in Kumasi in 1956, she previously served as the Municipal Chief Executive for Kumasi and as a Deputy Minister for the Ashanti Region. A member of the New Patriotic Party, she has held various parliamentary committee roles, including positions on the Lands and Forestry Committee and the Appointments Committee. She is recognized as a prominent female leader within her party and has been involved in local development and flood mitigation efforts in Kumasi.
