A sociologist by education and graduate of the University of Gdańsk, he previously worked in marketing and as an economic-administrative manager at a public primary school. His political career includes serving as a Starogard County councilor and as the deputy starosta of Starogard County from 2018 to 2023. He is a member of the Civic Coalition and has been active in regional leadership, including serving as vice-chairman of the coalition in the Pomeranian Voivodeship.
