Paul Holmes

Paul Holmes is a British Conservative politician serving as the Member of Parliament for Hamble Valley since 2024. Previously, he represented Eastleigh from 2019 to 2024. Throughout his parliamentary career, he has held various roles, including Parliamentary Private Secretary to several cabinet ministers and Assistant Government Whip. Before entering national politics, Holmes served as a councillor on the Southampton City Council and worked as a special adviser within the government. He currently serves as the Shadow Minister for Housing, Communities and Local Government.
