Paul Chanda Chongo Kabuswe is a Zambian politician currently serving as the Minister of Mines and Minerals Development and as the Member of Parliament for Chililabombwe Constituency. Born in 1973, he began his political career as a ward councillor and served as the mayor of Chililabombwe District from 2012 to 2016. After joining the United Party for National Development in 2021, he was elected to the National Assembly and subsequently appointed to the cabinet by President Hakainde Hichilema.
