Paul Stewart McLennan is a Scottish politician serving as the Member of the Scottish Parliament for East Lothian Coast and Lammermuirs. A member of the Scottish National Party, he previously served as the Minister for Housing from 2023 to 2025. Before his election to the Scottish Parliament in 2021, McLennan was a long-serving local councillor for East Lothian, where he held the positions of SNP group leader and council leader. He is a lifelong resident of Dunbar and has been involved in regional governance through roles with NHS Lothian and Scottish Enterprise.
