Paula Risikko

Paula Risikko is a Finnish politician and a long-serving member of the Parliament of Finland. Born in 1960, she holds a Doctor of Science in Health Care from the University of Tampere. Throughout her career, she has held several high-profile government positions, including Minister of Social Services and Minister of Transport and Local Government. A member of the National Coalition Party, Risikko has been noted for her focus on social and health policy, as well as her stance on immigration and security issues. She is also a former Vice Rector of the Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences.
