Pauline Richards is an Australian politician currently serving as a member of the Victorian Legislative Assembly for the seat of Cranbourne. First elected in 2018, she was subsequently re-elected in 2022. Before her tenure in the Legislative Assembly, Richards served as a councillor for the City of Whitehorse and worked as an advisor to federal MP Mike Symon and state minister Jill Hennessy. She also previously contested the seat of Forest Hill as a Labor candidate in the 2014 state election.
