Perry Van Bailey

Perry Van Bailey is an American politician and farmer serving as a member of the Mississippi House of Representatives for the 23rd district. A native of Calhoun County, Mississippi, he first won election to the state legislature in a 2023 special election. Although he lost his seat in the subsequent general election later that year, he was elected again to the same position in a 2025 special election following the death of his successor. He identifies as a Republican and represents portions of Calhoun, Grenada, Lafayette, and Webster counties.
