Persis Princess Namuganza is a Ugandan politician currently serving as the elected representative for Bukono County in the 11th Parliament of Uganda. Born on October 5, 1984, in Namutumba District, she previously held the position of State Minister for Lands, Housing and Urban Development. Before entering national politics in 2016, she worked in the NGO sector and served as a deputy Resident District Commissioner for Luweero District. Her political career has been marked by both community development initiatives and significant parliamentary controversies, including a censure motion in 2023.
