Philip Lawrence

Philip Lawrence is a Canadian politician serving as the Member of Parliament for the riding of Northumberland—Peterborough South since 2019. A member of the Conservative Party, he has held various roles in the shadow cabinet, including Shadow Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs and One Canadian Economy. Before entering federal politics, Lawrence worked in the financial services and legal sectors, specializing in taxation and corporate law. He holds degrees from Brock University, Osgoode Hall Law School, and the Schulich School of Business. Throughout his parliamentary career, he has focused on economic policy, including advocacy for tax exemptions for farmers.
