Phillip Pettus

Phillip James Pettus is an American politician serving as a Republican member of the Alabama House of Representatives. First elected to the state legislature in 2014, he represents District 1. Pettus attended Shelby State Community College and the University of North Alabama. Throughout his tenure, he has focused on his legislative duties within the Alabama House, securing re-election to his seat in subsequent cycles, including a successful campaign in 2018. He resides with his wife, Mary, and they have three children.
