Phillip Scott

Phillip Scott is an American politician serving as a member of the Virginia House of Delegates, representing the 63rd district. Born in Voorhees, New Jersey, and raised in Maine and New Jersey, he moved to Virginia during his high school years. Before entering politics, Scott worked in the fast food and construction industries and later served as a background investigator for a federal contractor. First elected to the House of Delegates in 2021, he has focused on legislative issues including local tax policy and election administration. He resides in Spotsylvania County with his family.
