Piero De Luca is an Italian politician and lawyer serving as a member of the Chamber of Deputies since 2018. A member of the Democratic Party, he has held various parliamentary roles, including positions in the European Union Policies Committee. Beyond his legislative work, he has served as a professor of European Union law and was appointed regional secretary of the Democratic Party in Campania in 2025. He is the son of Vincenzo De Luca, the President of the Campania region.
