Pietro Pittalis

Pietro Pittalis is an Italian politician currently serving as a member of the Chamber of Deputies. Born in Charleroi, Belgium, to Sardinian parents, he began his political career as a regional councilor in Sardinia, where he served from 1994 to 2018 and held the position of regional assessor for budget and planning. First elected to the national parliament in 2018, he has since been re-elected and currently serves as the regional secretary of Forza Italia in Sardinia. Additionally, he chairs the parliamentary commission of inquiry into the Moby Prince ferry disaster.
