Piotr Roman is a Polish local government official who has served as the Mayor of Bolesławiec since 2002. A graduate of political science from the University of Wrocław, he began his political career as a city councilor in 1990 and later served as the starosta of the Bolesławiec County from 1999 to 2002. Throughout his career, he has been associated with various political movements, including the Conservative People's Party, Law and Justice, and the Nonpartisan Local Government Activists. In 2026, he was appointed to the Council of Local Government at the President of the Republic of Poland.
