Pramod Boro

Pramod Boro is an Indian politician currently serving as a member of the Rajya Sabha since 2026. He previously served as the Chief Executive Member of the Bodoland Territorial Council from 2020 to 2025 and has been the president of the United People's Party Liberal (UPPL) since 2020. Before entering formal politics, he was a prominent student leader, serving as the president of the All Bodo Students' Union (ABSU) from 2009 to 2020, where he advocated for peace, education, and the Bodoland statehood movement.
