Rıfat Turuntay Nalbantoğlu is a Turkish politician and a member of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, representing the electoral district of Izmir. Born in 1959 in Nevşehir, he graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences at Ankara University with a degree in Business Administration. Before his election to parliament in 2023, he was involved in the establishment of the Izmir Chamber of Certified Public Accountants in 1989 and served in various leadership roles within the Republican People's Party (CHP), including as a member of the Party Assembly and as the Izmir Provincial President.
