Þór Sigurgeirsson

Þór Sigurgeirsson is an Icelandic politician currently serving as the Mayor of Seltjarnarnes. He assumed office on June 9, 2022, following his confirmation by the town council for the 2022–2026 term. A member of the Independence Party, he previously led the party's list in local elections. Before entering his current role, he worked in sales and marketing. As mayor, he has focused on local infrastructure projects, including the development of emergency response facilities and the management of municipal services in the town.
