Radu-Dinel Miruță is a Romanian politician and engineer who has served as the Minister of National Defence since December 2025. Previously, he held the position of Minister of Economy, Digitalisation, Entrepreneurship and Tourism from June to December 2025. A member of the Save Romania Union, he has represented Gorj County in the Chamber of Deputies since 2020. Before entering politics, he worked as a software and telecommunications engineer for companies such as Cosmote, Ericsson, and Cisco, and holds a Ph.D. in telecommunications.
