Ralf Stoltze is a German politician and member of the Social Democratic Party (SPD). Born in Medellín, Colombia, he studied spatial planning in Dortmund starting in 1976 and later worked as an independent EVS operator for television and live event productions. Stoltze has been active in local politics since 1988, serving as a member of the Dortmund-Innenstadt district council since 2009 and as deputy district mayor since 2018. In 2022, he was elected to the Landtag of North Rhine-Westphalia representing the Dortmund I constituency.
