Raman Singh is an Indian politician and the Speaker of the Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly. He previously served as the Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh for three consecutive terms from 2003 to 2018, making him the longest-serving Chief Minister of the state. A member of the Bharatiya Janata Party, he has also served as a Union Minister of State for Commerce and Industry and as a Member of Parliament in the Lok Sabha.
