Randy McNally is an American politician serving as the 50th Lieutenant Governor of Tennessee and Speaker of the Tennessee Senate. A member of the Republican Party, he has represented the 5th district in the Tennessee State Senate since 1987, following his service in the Tennessee House of Representatives starting in 1979. A pharmacist by profession, McNally played a significant role in the Operation Rocky Top investigation during the 1980s. He has announced his intention to retire from the Senate in 2026.
