Rania Thraskia is a Greek politician, clinical psychologist, family counselor, and former television presenter serving as a Member of the Hellenic Parliament for First Thessaloniki. First elected in May 2023 under the SYRIZA-Progressive Alliance ticket and re-elected in June 2023, she later became an independent in December 2024 before joining PASOK – Movement for Change in February 2025. Before her political career, she worked extensively as a journalist and television host on major Greek networks and specialized in mental health counseling and systemic therapy.
