Ratnesh Kumar Kushwaha

Ratnesh Kumar Kushwaha is an Indian politician and lawyer serving as a Member of the Bihar Legislative Assembly for the Patna Sahib constituency. A long-time associate of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh and the late BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi, he was elected to the assembly in 2025 after defeating his opponent by a margin of nearly 39,000 votes. Professionally, he is an advocate who has represented the central government in high-profile legal matters, including cases before the Patna High Court.
