Refik Özen is a Turkish politician, food engineer, and businessman who currently serves as a Member of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey representing Bursa. Born in 1975 in Bursa, he graduated from the Department of Food Engineering at the Faculty of Agriculture of Uludağ University. Before his election to parliament in 2018, he held various roles within the Justice and Development Party (AK Party), including serving as the Osmangazi District President between 2010 and 2011 and working in the Bursa provincial administration for seven years. He is married and a father of three children.
